I have voluntarily organised an academy connected to tournaments in several European regions, for my own NGO & also "antifa" , plus community & youth initiative co-ops... indeed I have proposed that DUBLIN should host the, recently publicized (through film) "Homeless World cup" in the near future...
MY offer is to not only manage training/coaching of football/character building sessions there, but also manage a community youth TEAM(s) as I have some considerable success in assisting young people improve themselves.

I am enquiring for assistance to enable my safe passage to your state, and In order to continue with community service/youth initiatives of my “F & U” n.g.ol AS I had moved to Montenegro (Podgorica) early in 2010.. however after a number of “incidents” following that nation joining N A T O, my home was ransacked, &robbed, of almost all my belongings & documents.
MY passport disappeared during unusual circumstances, although It had expired after an extension period in 2015. I did not apply for renewal due to an on-going dispute with the UK govt, (since 1986) resulting in a recent application at the E C H R Strasbourg whereby I am claiming numerous violations by the UK govt...
I had no cause to renew the passport, as my n.g.o.(I founded in May 2000 at the Justizministerium Stuttgart) was permanently engaged in local community activities ... until the Montenegrin govt changed their political stance and simultaneously the "Corona lockdown" restrictions suspended my activities, I am technically retired but was fully engaged in humanitarian & community issues,
The MNE govt instructed my local bank (CKB banka in Podgorica) NOT to release funds from my account (pension payments from uk) until I could update my passport, which had disappeared when I was forced to move home during the lockdown period to a coastal resort in Montenegro.
After living frugally for a year, in Bijelo Polje I had to force the issue as my visa account had run down & I was out of cash, so the MNE govt held me in an "asylum seekers" establishment... the "pro Consul" then came there & made me "an offer you can’t refuse" ... to provide an "emergency passport" (which would be "ok as evidence to obtain a new passport) and help me obtain the 500 euros still in a foreign account of my bank if I accepted their forced “deportation” to uk. although I wanted to come to EIRE! I accepted on the understanding that i would merely transit through UK get a new passport & move elsewhere..
BUT the immigration at Stanstead airport kept the "emergency passport" , I tried to get a ferry from Liverpool to Dublin, but that is now only for freight, i tried to get a passport renewal at Liverpool passport office, but they would not accept a cash payment, & I didn’t have a mobile phone. soon the 500e had gone & I was forced to work like a slave, managing a backpackers hostel for 10 weeks x 10 hrs per days with a few hrs sleep & no days off, but i did an odd job for a neighbour of the hostel & had enough cash to get to Dublin.
I obtained a birth certificate (which was also stolen in MNE) along with other documents, but the banks in Liverpool would not accept my hostel address, the birth cert or the Embassy copy of the "emergency passport" as proof of ID ..I was denied accommodation, legal aid, medical assistance, & invited to "sleep rough" by the charities in UK,
On The 16th November I “escaped to EIRE, where I am currently accommodated by the International Protection Office (IPO/IPAS) However, I believe I could be of greater benefit to your community, either in areas of communication-education (as I speak several languages) & /or community initiatives or training/coaching of your youth, as I had between 2010=2010 (prior to “Corona Lockdown) & the above., I have an acquaintance who lives IN Serbija, who could l help me get settled.

then one year just before xmas he invited me to join the staff & co to their special xmas party, I was quite confident , on the cusp of staring my own Company, and very communicative .. I went to the dinner party at a very chique restaurant in the west end of London...
MY GF had a best mate in the office & HER BF was drunk & LOUD, so to help HER, I took him outside & calmed him down,
there was a band, & when I went back inside I saw Jacqui (my GFs best friend was upset) so Invited her to dance to a lively tune the band was playing.. to cheer her up..
the music changed to a slow dance & as I took Jacqui In my arms , I felll...in love...
I immediately took her to the table & sat at the opposite end, talking myself out of it...
but a couple of months later there was arail strike, and I was in London with my car, MY GF called me at the London office to tell me that Jacqui was stuck , & could I take HER home after work..
3 hours in the car & I was INLOVE again...
but after, again talking to myself, "you cannot do this"
Then I started my new company , my first important meeting with at the coast with a major shipping company , and as I drove back I heard that the motorway was jammed, so took the country roads, and my accident or "fated design" found myself on a country road near Jacquis parents house and I just drove direct there..
I rang the bell & her mum (who knew me) answered "what?" she gave me a curious look... I replied "I Have to speak to Jacqui " ..
she came to the door, (she was engaged to be narried too) ... I just let it out... "I LOVE you".... and well we were 12 years MARRIED together, although she died 20 years ago...
note I loved my GF, but was IN LOVE with Jacqui, the most wonderful lady in my life, sadly left this planet due to cancer, I was lucky, to have had that time..

In my long life and at any time I was in connection or conflict with “legal entities” I was always reminded that “REASONABLE” comes into effect…
I add below my claim at the E.C.H.R (Starsbourg) which includes (eventual) evidence that the UK & “allies” violates ALL of the articles of their convention during 40 years of “systematic profiling” of myself..
1. It is not only UNreasonable, but for me, INSULTING to receive another ANONYMOUS UNSIGNED email (from ? ) proposing a “return home” not only that I DO NOT HAVE A HOME, outside of gateway 2, as I am “STATELESS” would you return me into the dangerous state of my enemies? This attitude borders on NEGLIGENT
2. Is it not ENOUGH…
- That all my family, friends or close associates died unexplained deaths, disappeared or were killed in “unusual circumstances”?
- That ALL my property & almost all my belongings have been stolen from me?
- That any enterprise/NGO I owned/manage/managed has been obstructed, no matter how GOOD my/its aims & objectives are?

The mentality of the anonymous “entity” (Ai>?) at the IPO or the UNSIGNED letter from “ISD” (dated 16th January is UNREASONABLE.. and is COUNTER-productive (to return my letter of 241211, took OVER a month, with half a billion euros PLUS immigration – accommodation budget, you waste your & MY limited time!)
- I do not have funds,
- I do not have an office, other than damaged laptop.
- I have sent over 100 files to IPO via email! (& could supply 1000 more supportive files)
- I SUPPOSE your government supplies up to date office equipment to your IPO staff etc,?
It is UNREASONABLE to expect me to convert (probably the majority) of those files to PDF … it is REASONABLE for “experienced” IPO staff to read through my initial application, plus the “pdf” files & consider the remainder in GOOD will!

Whilst writing, there have been a number of delays & problems of “minor nature”(*!) which do NOT help my impression of the IPO etc and as my communications have been blocked /censored systematically, over at least since 1995, I question why my responses to almost 100 management offers sent to me, have NOT been received by the INTENDED recipient?
5. I f there is any “voluntary” contribution other than my existence, It IS the PROPOSAL I have made that the EIRE community co-operate with me, protect my identity (due to close proximately of UK & “allies”) and in return allow my unique experience & KNOW-HOW improve your methods…for the benefit of bona fide “refugatives”, Youth & the EIRE community.

you need to be more relative & sensitive to each applicant

due to almost all my belongings being stolen whilst in Montenegro in 2023 I had no "valid ID" to obtain funds from my Montenegrin Bank account, the MNE govt & the "Pro Consul" of British Embassy, Podgorica arranged for me to return to UK, with the promise that I could renew the expired UK passport, however the passport office in LIVERPOOL would not give me an appointment as I had no mobile phone & my funds had run out, I could not obtain legal aid, accommodation nor medical help in uk, & had to work under immense pressure in a hotel for bed & board, until I could pay for a ferry ticket to Ireland. I have recently made a claim against the UK & MNE at the E.C.H.R as I need to travel for URGENT dental surgery and to recover my remaining belongings (2 bags of clothes & personal items at Serbian border area) I was rejected from the current "emergency passport" system of your UK govt on line system, I do not have a smart phone & am unable to pay online, I therefore request an appointment at the EIRE embassy via this facility...

I did not apply for renewal due to an on-going dispute with the UK govt, resulting in a recent application at the E C H R Strasbourg whereby I am claiming numerous violations by the UK govt...
I had no cause to renew the passport, as my n.g.o.(I founded) was permanently engaged in local community activities ... until the Montenegrin govt changed their political stance and simultaneously the "Corona lockdown" restrictions suspended my activities, I am technically retired but was fully engaged in humanitarian & community issues,
The MNE govt instructed my local bank (CKB banka in Podgorica) NOT to release funds from my account (pension payments from uk) until I could update my passport, which had disappeared when I was forced to move home during the lockdown period to a coastal resort in Montenegro.
After living frugally for a year, I was forced to force the issue as my visa account had run down & I was out of cash, so the MNE govt held me in an "asylum seekers" establishment... the "pro Consul" then came there & made me "an offer you cant refuse" ... to provide an "emergency passport" (which would be "ok as evidence to obtain a new passport) and help me obtain the 500 euros still in a foreign account of my bank if I accepted their forced deportation to uk. although I wanted to come to EIRE! I accepted on the understanding that i would merely transit through UK get a new passport & move elsewhere..
BUT the immigration at Stanstead airport kept the "emergency passport" , I tried to get a ferry from Liverpool to Dublin, but that is now only for freight, i tried to get a passport renewal at Liverpool passport office, but they would not accept a cash payment, & I didn’t have a mobile phone. soon the 500e had gone & I was forced to work like a slave at a backpackers hostel for 10 weeks x 10 hrs per days with a few hrs sleep & no days off, but i did an odd job for a neighbour of the hostel & had enough cash to get to Dublin.
I obtained a birth certificate (which was also stolen in MNE) along with other documents, but the banks in Liverpool would not accept my hostel address, the birth cert or the Embassy copy of the "emergency passport" as proof of ID ..I was denied accommodation, legal aid, medical assistance, & invited to "sleep rough" by the charities in UK,
If I decide to renew my UK passport , what are your advices/procedures?

the "elephant NOT in the room" was Danns, why loan him out? , I feel he would have been in his element , but the midfield didn't serve the very high level of DioGo , Lucho & Chiesa, the latter couldn't beat low level defenders, and surprisingly Lucho didn't seem to try to.. surely Joe early departure hurt , AS wasn't ready for this game, for me Darwin & Curtis (for an off-form Harv) should have been on at half-time..

dont see Ryan as a man-marker, he tends to cover ground, b mouth should be looking to mark our players, I would rather see our lads , after a week of prep, go at them from the off ! Jarell, has been tested unfairly with Tinker-Slot, none of you have ever played CB at a decent level, to be put alongside Robbo playing it for the first time, in a makeshift team which never played together before...
