10 days after the last diary notes, I was "invited" (not arrested) to talk at the BP police station, my claims ignored, I was interogated by Border police 7 hours at HQ then at the Border police offices, then just before midnight, wearing just jeans & t-shirt , placed in a cold cell. cold air, no bed overnight, no food or drink (+9 HOURS ) since 16 hours , no meals 24 hours, no "arrest" no explanation, until mid- day, *16 July>?

A non forensic bizzy translated the "magistrate" decision to move me to "asylum seekers" Institute, Spuz, near Capital Montenegro,

There i SPENT 21 days

* kept in room,

* razor wire fences

* disgusting toilet.shower for 20 + people

* rascist guards (some, not all)

* no visitors, no phone call, no contact

Until "virtual deportation" as my cash had run out, they even took mw 3 times to CKB banka, so that I could pay for my own ticket to London (which cost double than expected) treated like a criminal, at Podgorica Airport, the policija told Ryan air crew I was dangerous, but I persuaded them & the Russian family I was sitting next to, that it was BS!

NO problem at UK immigration, but the "emergency passport"

(paid for by British embassy, Podgorica, Ana Stojovic-Jankovic)

was taken by immigration ("once only , you cant keep it, lad")

I had some cash , about 500 euros but the bus to Liverpool & immediate accomodation , meals in a VERY over-expensive UK ate that quickly, and .... I am placed in JEOPARDY!

because, no one accepts cash for accommodation, NOR for a new passport,.

- NO help without 3 months local address

- NO contact with system without mobile phone..

- NO bank account without address or current ID!

== NO LEGAL aid! NO "citizens advice" without mobile !

....but...

NO SURRENDER!

Since 2010 I was based in Montenegro, I returned to LIVERPOOL one month ago!

I copy this to my personal email, *for my records, and hope you will join the meeting next 11^th September.

Having Been based abroad most of my life, I recently returned to Liverpool, as most of my belongings & documents were stolen whilst in Montenegro, my passport expired & I travelled back on an “emergency passport” issued by the British embassy. However, L & G will not pay me 14 months of Pension funds, because (I propose I am a victim of a form of "systematic profiling" AND

L and G & others here, don’t consider a copy of the passport issued by the British Embassy “proof of I D”
I cannot obtain a bank account to receive DEFAULTED payments, as I am not allowed a UK bank account without an I.D!
MY previous payments were made via a Montenegrin bank, which was then frozen after my passport disappeared (theft as stated above) !
I cannot pay for a claim by a lawyer because I returned with a limited amount of (euros) cash, required to obtain accommodation.
Having spent most of my life abroad, it seems the “state/local charities/institutions wont acknowledge my existence.

MY d.o.b. 23, May 1953, however, I am fit in mind & body, & have been clear in my complaint & via the financial ombudsman, however, my cash has almost run out & the situation is becoming critical.

IF you require an “incentive” I believe I have a 2^nd claim for damages that I could pay for once I get my pension income back on course!

ChRiS is aged 71 & just returned to Liverpool after being based abroad most of his adult life

he returned on an emergency passport issued by the British Embassy in Montenegro, where he has lived for the past 14 years (this can be verified by the consul or foreign office uk)

Forced to return as almost all of his belongings were stolen in Montenegro and he couldn’t use the local bank because his documents were also stolen, although they knew him as a customer since 10 years +

His cash ran out and was temporarily accommodated in an "asylum seekers institute"

Prior to "Corona" he was developing a youth academy for sport & character building and has ALWAYS been self-sufficient , now find himself back in his homeland, but according to charity org ("Whitechapel") does not exist, although his last uk address was in Liverpool

"fortunately” he has a copy of the emergency passport, driving licence & his old "benefits" card from youth (with Nat ins details)

The "general enquirers" (at LIVERPOOL job centre duke street) gave him a free phone number but his mobile was also lost in Montenegro, and used his remaining CASH FOR EMERGENCY room

therefore ask that a relevant person from your offices call him

as the UK govt website has a list of "legal aid" firms NONE of which ACTUALLY provide any positive result, to expect a lawyer of your firm to be more pro-active is REASONABLE, a description that seems to have been deleted from the UK society & surprisingly from his "Liverpool homeland" that "ChRiS" has contributed to, home & abroad, "above & beyond" most of his life! treated liek a criminal, and as you also use the "impersonal" response, its no wonder that this failure by the "legal profession" results in the "legal vocation" being devoured by commercial-minded "sharks"

The absolute of FREEDOM, denied C.R.S for a period of 22 days from 16.7.2024 ;

i. (starting with 7 hrs of intense interrogation, lying policemen & 9 hrs TORTURE at the B.P train station “Cell” on 16^th July, 2024 when CRS was kept awake In a cold cell, wearing only a thin t-shirt , no bed or cover, “C1A style” to keep the victim awake for 9 hrs , to dull/& /or confuse his senses, before an unexplained court appearance WITHOUT FORENSIC translator is NULL & VOID

financially calculated rate of CRS ( value to F & U ngo) of 250e x 8 hrs x 22 days = 44,000 euros owed by the MNE govt/policija & each accused agent ( namely Blazo Recevica & others)

ii. That “so called Asylum seekers center” (SPEWS) is NO MORE than a prison for foreigners

= Razor wire on fences

= disgusting, disease ridden toilet/shower (ONLY one of each partly working for up to 20 PRISONERS!)

= and several other complaints delivered to the “Inspector” ( in writing by C.R.S)

iii) That CKB employees & certain police agents clearly showed their Racial prejudice

Standing over the PRISONERS whilst eating breakfast /Lunch *language such as “hurry up” & “eat food” as if the in-mates were Montenegrin swine!

Iv. After 4 weeks INCARSERATED, CRS was denied time to check his belongings all documents & signed with scribble/Unexamined with NO translation can NOT trust the SPEWS police!

v. at airport 6^th August ;

CRS was conspicuously, in full PUBLIC view, handled as if a “dangerous criminal” staged between Mladen (who put his hand on the back of CRS at all time) & his female colleague & he held back until all other passengers had boarded! The airline staff were told that CRS would be collected by immigration police in London… CRS himself assured those people, and in fact a RUSSIAN family bought him a coffee, croissant & water! So the police slur back-fired! BUT, CRS was FIRCED to pay e36 euros to check in his normal bag, this was not mentioned, as it was first told to him, that the cost to him, may be 30e, or 60e, or 75e, so due to the police delays relating to Egypt/Syrian VICTIMS & the police failing to co-ordinate with the English ambassador CRS paid a total of 132 euros! & THEY tampered with my Laptop!

Needed repair & all passwords changed due to invasion of my Privacy & classified docs of F & U n/g/o/

Furthermore the “emergency pass” was confiscated by English immigration … THUS;

= NOT able to be used to open a bank account

= NOT able to be used to obtain a new passport!!

= NOT able to secure accommodation, (we expect the English will be pleased of the discomfort caused to CRS (at time of writing is 2 Days without sleep & at risk , due to “sleeping rough”!

Legal & General (insurance investment service’s dept, their ref P. 879771-3) state they will not transfer cash to an alternative (such as via “western Union” reducing his status t the “pocket money” cash he had on him at this time. Subsequently, it took the British Embassy in Podgorica, a month to provide an “emergency passport” and by the time you receive this email he should be back in LIVERPOOL! (via London airport)

iii. He will stay with one of our friendly contacts there, whilst he gets matters sorted, (hopefully very soon) but cannot depend on this indefinitely, and requires a bank account in order to receive funds from L & G. Which is where we HOPE you will assist, with an appointment with your manager either Friday 9^th Augst or Monday 12^th August, 2024.

iv. IF you require verification, he will be pleased to provide you with the name & telephone number of the British consul who sanctions the emergency passport, and carries other evidence of his predicament.

V. C.R.S is a founder of F & U n.g.o. which has been an active service to communities all over Europe, but with limited funding for the initiatives since May 2000 ;

Clearly Donna, I have been placed in Jeopardy by the circumstances, beyond my control,

at fault are L & G (Legal & General pension fund ) & the UK /MNE (Montenegrin) govt

who Allowed an environment to develop that I protested against, which is "catch 22" (impossible for me to reasonably resolve)
That L & G do not accept valid document's (not least the emergency passport issued & PAID for by your UK govt to return me to UK against my wishes. (attached)
Cash for passport is not accepted by the HPO Liverpool. (cash now spent on accommodation)
I have committed NO CRIMES, yet treated as a criminal by your govt & banks etc when I simply wish to resume receipt of pension funds OWED to me!
YOUR firm is stated on the UK govt website as providing LEGAL aid.. and PROPSE you could help me acquire housing & welfare benefit?

If you need to get ID you can apply for a Birth Certificate at the Registry Office where you were registered, get a new British Passport.

You will need to have proof of ID for most things now.

Who are L&G ??

Having spent most of my life abroad, it seems the “state/local charities/institutions wont acknowledge my existence.

MY d.o.b. 23, May 1953, however, I am fit in mind & body, & have been clear in my complaint & via the financial ombudsman, however, my cash has almost run out & the situation is becoming critical.

At the time of writing, I do not know the reaction of your “boss” however I propose that you refer my situation to “partner level” WHY? My appearance may not seem worthy, however..the attached may indicate that I have a commercial reason for your firm to proceed.

i have no way to get support, I am 71, I have returned to Liverpool after spending more than my life abroad, my stuff was stolen in Montenegro by their police, I still have my old driving licence which shows my original address & a copy of the emergency passport issued by the embassy in Montenegro, NO one, no bank accepts this as proof I exist, I dont exist, i cant open a bank account I dont have a driving licence, the job centre ignores me, I have an email; adam_fu_me@proton.me ! is this LIVERPOOL? i used to love, is COLD! & and thats not just the weather , no support here , ChRiS
