I recently returned to Liverpool, (*5 august) after the majority of my belongings being stolen whilst LIVING abroad, which I have much of my life!
Returning against my wishes, I found that I DO NOT exist in the country I was born into!
Despite having registered my, now out of date, International Driving licence at Heyworth street, in Nearby Everton 20 years ago!
OR being issued with an “emergency passport” by the “pro consul” of the British Embassy, Montenegro, as most of my belongings & documents were stolen there.. as I only had a few hundred Euros so survive on. I was surprised how expensive my “hometown” has become.
Plus;
- The local banks will not accept a doctors registration note & copy of the “Emergency Passport” (*supplied by UK govt) ,,… as proof of I.D
- Thus I cannot receive funds
- The “job centre” (which isn’t for jobs) wont help me, said I was too old, over 65, and deleted my application & profile!
- There is no assistance from “legal aid” lawyers, nor at Hardman street!
- A “charity” *Whitechapel
centtre” told me to “sleep rough”
..in LIVERPOOL? I could go on & on,. & now after using up my money on accommodation, I am at the mercy of exploitation, to get a “dorm bed” I am working a average 10 hours a day! And fed on the left overs…
Having Left Podgorica, super fit for my age, and on good diet, I can feel my health deteriorating, under stress. NO ONE cares, do you?

Having Been based abroad most of my life, I recently returned to Liverpool, as most of my belongings & documents were stolen whilst in Montenegro, my passport expired & I travelled back on an “emergency passport” issued by the British embassy. However, L & G will not pay me 14 months of Pension funds, because (I propose I am a victim of a form of "systematic profiling" AND
- L and G & others here, don’t consider a copy of the passport issued by the British Embassy “proof of I D”
- I cannot obtain a bank account to receive DEFAULTED payments, as I am not allowed a UK bank account without an I.D!
- MY previous payments were made via a Montenegrin bank, which was then frozen after my passport disappeared (theft as stated above) !
- I cannot pay for a claim by a lawyer because I returned with a limited amount of (euros) cash, required to obtain accommodation.
- Having spent most of my life abroad, it seems the “state/local charities/institutions wont acknowledge my existence.
MY d.o.b. 23, May 1953, however, I am fit in mind & body, & have been clear in my complaint & via the financial ombudsman, however, my cash has almost run out & the situation is becoming critical.
IF you require an “incentive” I believe I have a 2nd claim for damages that I could pay for once I get my pension income back on course!

I’m sorry but we’re unable to pay into a Western Union account as we have an obligation to comply with Money Laundering regulations. We have policies and processes in place to make sure we do so. a. You and Mari complained about being blocked and cut off. We showed you that this wasn't true or anything to do with our moderation. If the comments are on the youtube or facebook comment list then it isn't blocked. If you are blocked then you CANNOT comment. Complaint resolved.
a1. You have NOT “shown” anything, you stated that, which does not explain why comments either during or after the show have been repeatedly excluded (70%)
b.You complained that youtube comments were not posted. The comments in question contained hyperlinks which youtube by default does not allow. You were told this. It's not just you it's anyone who posts hyperlinks. Complaint resolved. And we told you how to get around this by not including the first part of the address.
b.1 it happened with or without hyperlinks, it happens on comments during the show, in your haste to refute claims you ahvent bothered to understand why we are angry..& what seems to be bias,,against us.. Mari, wiont even bother to comment as she stated,, “what’s the point if my comments which often complain about FGSG, are excluded>”

c . You constantly blame Jason despite being told how little he has to do with the running of the show. He doesn't follow football as you KNOW. So if you were blocked or comments deleted it wouldn't be selective as you think. It would be either on or off. We've offered you the two dates when he did moderate if you want to check out whether comments were deleted.
c.1 Its quite reasonable to suppose that exclusions are because Jason, as Frank often mentions controls the technology of the showm, and has been against us in the past (when ChRiS posted access north west programs)
d.Mari has stated that you are not allowed because;
"I got cut off again, this is not GOOD, Frank, adios" are NOT the reason you block me now, Is it because Jason doesn't want ChRiS or me (his "protege" so to speak) on the show"
You have stated that you wouldn't come on as a guest and Mari had been invited and declined. How is that being blocked???
d.1 see above… correction, ChRiS has stated that FC wont want us on ther show because he doesn’t want to be banned…he doesn’t support our Club Football of Liverpool initiative, so this conclusion is a logical reaction on our part..
e. Jason has stated that he does not want anything to do with your involvement yet you still involve him. As of your last email. He has left you alone but you cannot do the same. This is a different show and nothing to do whats happened in the past. He has accepted that but you cant.

Any interaction between yourself and Frank is exactly that. If you have comments for Jason we will forward them. Beyond that we can't speak for him. We have been as honest with you as we can.
We HAVE accepted your complaints as you can see above. I'm sure there's more if we went digging but that seems a fair representation. Most of them we believe we have addressed. Still waiting for responses or clarification from you on some unanswered questions. But you refuse to accept anything we say anyway.

CLEAN up complete up & down is the first chose
( to politely, remove; boss, staff or guests , suggest they go to bed, as its difficult to clean when they are on the bench up or down.. guests, but, often residents are the culprits leaving dirty cutlery, pans etc open for insects,
CLEAN stove
Clean both kitchen surfaces , spray walls,
Wahs/wipe up & downstairs cutlery/plates/pans etc
Empty bins & change bin bags, ou for Many to allocate to rubbish collection
MOP floor up & down kitchen, reception & hallway
Cover reception & incoming phone calls
Later
Often repeat cleaning of downstairs kitchen after staff/guest cooking, MOP again
Help Nadia, if needed to strip beds & change sheets etc
Wash/wipe to keep kitchen & recption clear..
This morning (***1 october) took EXTRA time as you, Phil & 2 guests & Viktoria were still up at 05h , I could only finish the basic clean at 07h

· CRS …has placed towels on lounge tables as he has not seen the table covers replaced in 2 months

Significant that despite an agreement, there is not “enthusiasm” for such meetings, so will not pursue…
… this morning Rafa suggested me to KM as “Manager” however, as I see it, this is KM’s “living room” not to be a pro enterprise, KM doesn’t want such “pro management” ..the attitude is to have fun and accept the consequences…not to have a “dignified” location…anyway.. It would be very DIFFICULT to properly MANAGE THE Embassie without proper assistance as none of the current staff are reliable.

11h Sunday 20oct …. 55 th day without rest, last was when I had flue on 25 august..
Attempted to sleep at 31h sat, ,, because Friday only 3 hrs sleep..
BUSY low cost footy weekend…
Boys back all night, every time they wake me up, coming & going, to toilet etc,, Dorm full with with new guests
Bunk above occupied, every movement of him shakes MY bed,, (R?)
Phil, spluttering.. talking & snoring loud every time, woken up every hour ..no more than a couple of hours sleep all night,,try again at11h this morning,,, but… no chance,. Loud downstairs … Tim off to work, so up at 12h… headache!
its usually a "sporty day" and a "party" saturday night at "The Embassie" but whether you come saturday or for the more "social/culture" event sunday , I require your confirmation BEFORE 15 h Friday (tomorrow)

REPORT for KM
CRS> “ Kevin Muphy *KM advised me to “re0charge” *rest “ this weekend..
The last “Full rest day” was 25th august ( when I was sick with flu) I intended to do my usual routine Saturday & rest fully Sunday,…(although by my reckoning I am overdue EIGHT days “OFF” ..
But at midnight a young man woke me up suddenly with a flashlight in my face ,,( my roommate Phil said “he is a friend of Brandon” ) as I ot up to investigate,,,
When I went to reception, I saw the young man, who had been unruly twice before and asked KM what’s going on .? THE YM replied “mind your business” I shook him by the arm (*he was sitting casually) and said “it IS my business, when you come to my bed & wake me up like that” Rhys objected to me, and Km said nothing.. so I went to bed, but could not rest as the noise continued until 03am, then again between 06-08, then TIM went to work..
So I will try to recuperate this weekend * help KM tomorrow if I get some rest in the meantime..”

Despite the noise & Arthur noisy phone conversation outside dorm 1, I managed to get a few hours sleep, luckily (?) the guest placed by Rhyse in the bunk (above) didn’t return in the night… Abraham interrupted mu cleaning the reception, but its moistly done… I shall return to bed as soon as someone “responsible “ wakes up..
I will put bins out later …but NOTE ..whoever broke up the wooden pallet, LEFT the planks with large nails pointing up could have caused major injury!!!!

c) There is no CLAIM” against KM outstanding , nor any “THREAT” intended
d) With reference to a n alleged incident concerning a “guest”
- Said person was politely removed at 06h about a week prior for behaving badly with Conor.
- The next day said person was hanging around several hours after he should have checked out..
- Said person invaded my privacy sticking a flashlight in my face waking me up with a shock from my sleep & Phil also complaining,.
· E) I refer to previous communications & trust the “status quo” is restored!
